UrbanOS is the application built and operated by Urban AI Labs, a business management application for small and mid-sized businesses, at app.urbanailabs.com. "Urban AI Labs" is the company; UrbanOS is the product you sign in to, and it is the app that asks for your consent when you connect an account. A business owner signs in to one place to see how their company is performing, track the work we are doing for them, manage their customers and billing, and ask questions about their own business.
It works by connecting to the tools a business already uses. From Settings → Integrations, the owner can connect accounts such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Stripe, GoHighLevel or their WordPress site. Connecting an account is entirely optional and always initiated by the owner.
What we do with that data. Once an account is connected, UrbanOS reads from it to show reporting and dashboards inside the application, to generate written summaries and recommendations for that business, and to run the automated work the customer has purchased, for example a weekly performance report, or an alert when traffic drops. For Google accounts we request read-only access, and we use that data only to provide these features to the business that connected it. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI models.
Staying in control. Every connection can be reviewed and removed at any time from Settings → Integrations. Disconnecting destroys the stored credentials for that account. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
